EZContract · Alabama, United States
These Terms of Service govern use of the EZContract platform, including the manager, worker, and customer portals.
“Terms of Service” and “Terms and Conditions” refer to the same agreement, so EZContract does not maintain a separate Terms and Conditions page.
Acceptance of terms
By creating, activating, or using a EZContract account, you agree to these Terms. If you are using EZContract on behalf of a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Beta status
EZContract is currently a developing beta product. The service may contain bugs, interruptions, incomplete features, or changes as we continue building it.
Users should maintain appropriate independent copies of critical business, safety, customer, and financial records.
Approval-only company access
Company beta access is approval-only. A business may request access, and EZContract may approve or decline participation at its discretion.
Workers and customers generally receive access through invitations issued by an authorized company manager.
Free beta
Approved beta participation may be offered at no charge for a limited period. EZContract may later introduce paid plans, and plan details remain subject to change before launch.
Beta discount
Approved beta companies that continue with a paid EZContract plan after the beta may be eligible for 25% off their first three months of paid service.
- Eligibility may require active participation and feedback
- The discount is nontransferable
- The discount has no cash value
- EZContract may publish additional eligibility details
- Pricing and plan availability remain subject to change before launch
