Cookie Notice

Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026

EZContract · Alabama, United States

This notice explains how EZContract uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies on its public website and in the EZContract application.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that let a site keep small pieces of information on your device.

These technologies let a site remember things between page loads — for example, that you are signed in — instead of asking you again on every screen.

Technologies currently used

EZContract may currently use necessary cookies and browser storage for:

  • Authentication
  • Login sessions
  • Security
  • Account access
  • Core application functions

No current advertising tracking

EZContract does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioral-advertising trackers.

No current analytics platform

EZContract does not currently use a dedicated analytics platform. If we introduce analytics or other nonessential tracking in the future, we will update this notice before doing so.

Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear stored site data. Please note that necessary cookies or browser storage may be required for login and for core manager, worker, and customer portal functions, so blocking them may prevent parts of EZContract from working.
