Acceptable Use Policy

When using EZContract, you may not engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized access to another company's or user's information
• Sharing credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access
• Impersonating another person, company, or role
• Fraud or deceptive activity
• Any illegal use of the service
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Unauthorized marketing to workers or customers
• Uploading malicious files or malware
• Attempts to bypass authentication, roles, permissions, or company isolation
• Scraping or automated extraction of data without permission
• Interfering with system performance, availability, or other users' access
• Reverse engineering the service where legally restrictable
• Uploading content you do not have permission to collect or share
• Uploading unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content
• Unlawful surveillance or monitoring of workers, customers, or other people
• Unlawful discrimination against workers, customers, or applicants
• Misuse of worker or customer location information
• Misuse of planned AI features, including relying on AI output without review

If we believe this policy has been violated, EZContract may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the situation:

• Removal of content
• A warning to the user or company
• Limiting access to certain features
• Suspension of an account or company access
• Termination of an account
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required

We may act without prior notice where there is an immediate risk to security, to other users, or to EZContract.
