Privacy Policy

Depending on how EZContract is used, we may collect or store:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Account roles
• Company memberships
• Worker and customer profiles
• Job addresses
• Job descriptions and schedules
• Messages
• Service notes and reports
• Photos and videos
• Equipment information
• Estimates and invoices
• Payment-status records
• Login, browser, device, security, and usage information

EZContract does not currently collect or store payment card or bank-account information.

Information may be:

• Provided directly by users
• Entered by an authorized company manager
• Submitted through the manager, worker, or customer portals
• Generated through use of the platform
• Collected through necessary authentication and security technologies

We use information for purposes such as:

• Operating and providing the service
• Managing accounts and company access
• Supporting jobs and field-service workflows
• Sending invitations and transactional notifications
• Supporting estimates and invoices
• Maintaining service history
• Protecting security
• Preventing misuse
• Troubleshooting
• Improving the service
• Responding to support requests

Participating businesses control much of the worker, customer, job, equipment, and service information they submit to EZContract. Those businesses are responsible for having the permission needed to collect and upload that information, and for how they use it inside their own company account.

Photos, videos, and documents uploaded to EZContract may contain homes, people, license plates, equipment labels, addresses, documents, or personal belongings. Users must only upload content they are authorized to collect and share.

EZContract currently uses service providers including:

• Supabase
• Lovable
• Gmail or Google services
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

Additional providers may be added as the service develops, and this policy will be updated to reflect meaningful changes. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

EZContract does not currently process online subscription payments or customer card payments. Estimates, invoices, and manually recorded payment statuses may still appear in the service as recordkeeping tools.

This Privacy Policy will be updated before online payment processing is introduced.

AI-assisted features are planned but are not currently active in EZContract.

We will provide additional notice before introducing AI features that process user-submitted information. EZContract will not use customer or company information to train EZContract AI models without appropriate notice or permission.

EZContract may use necessary cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for:

• Login sessions
• Authentication
• Security
• Remembering necessary settings
• Core application operation

EZContract does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing pixels. Analytics may be introduced later, and our disclosures will be updated before doing so.

Information may be retained while a company account remains active.

After account closure, information may generally be retained for up to 60 days before deletion or anonymization. Some information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, financial records, security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups, or enforcement of agreements.

You may request account access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@ezcontract.co.

Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for legal, contractual, financial, security, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes. Where a business controls the information, we may direct the request to that business.

EZContract is not directed to children under 13.

Workers under 18 may only use EZContract when legally permitted to work and properly authorized by their employer and, where applicable, a parent or guardian.

EZContract uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to its current stage of development. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not make that claim.

The current EZContract beta is intended primarily for businesses operating in the United States.
